Oscar Perez scored two TDs, and the Pirates lead 14-0 at the intermission.
Progreso has ony one first down and 8 yards after the first two quarters.
The Red Ants have been solid on defense but the Pirates have been able to ride Perez, who has 138 yards on 13 carries.
Perez has struggled passing the ball. He is one for nine for 16 yards with a pick.
Hidalgo has 187 yards in the game.
