   Pete,

   Now that girls basketball is over the last thing to see is the end of the year awards. We all know that the Brownsville Herald will pick an MVP and all players from their region and so will the Valley Star. Both newspapers are very biased and im not going to bother reading any of them. I know The Monitor goes more in dept and coverage and are not as biased as the other two valley newspapers. Also, with the stat-gate blog that i was reading I was wondering if the end of the year awards are going to be handed to players based on their stats or on their team’s accomplishments and success. As we know, some of these stats now are not reliable as they should be so who knows maybe some girls will be left out this year because they dont have great stats. Anyways Im out and its Late
