Some girls from rowe and memorial received first team all district honors as well as defensive MVP. Considering Mchi swept the district in a very dominant way I cannot simply understand how the five starters did not clean sweep all the awards. I dont know if you are aware but Andi Garza committed to UTPA. Lyndsie Currie is getting some interest from some small California college and Damaris Rodriguez also verbally committed to UTPA this week. I heard Rodriguez had offers from Lindenwood and received an offer for a full ride to Cisco Juco yesterday. So with that said, do the district coaches know something college coaches dont know? All I can say is that the district coaches team up in an effort to deny Mchi and their players the proper awards they deserve. Pete,
